We are looking for kind and caring people to join our team as Healthcare Assistants,
Support Workers or Senior Healthcare Assistants in providing the best and dedicated care in conjunction with our partners care team in Nursing and Residential Care Homes in and around South and East Yorkshire of England.

We seek experienced, adaptable and flexible care assistants who meet up the requirements for this role based within or outside the UK to apply for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Working within a supportive team of highly trained professionals, you will be required to provide exceptional support and care services in line with care plans developed by other health practitioners and service users. Likewise providing person-centred care to young and elderly residents.
Providing excellent physical, emotional and personalised care to service users.
Maintaining good and effective communication with service users and colleagues.
Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns.
Ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and safe to maintain health and safety standards.
Who we are looking for:
Caring and compassionate personality, with a passion to help others in a safe manner.
Initiative to work alone but also a team player.
Strong communication skills and highly flexible.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Individuals with valid driving licence will be preferred
In order to safeguard our partners, service user and other employees, successful applicants will be mandated to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
