Grace Oyebobola - Business Support Manager

Grace has many years of experience in the care sector, where she began her career as a care assistant /support worker and progressed to the role of senior carer. In these roles, she gained significant hands-on experience and developed leadership skills. She later pursued academic advancement, studying Bsc(Hons) in Criminal Justice at Hull University. For the past years, Grace has been working in management positions, further showcasing her expertise in leadership, organization, and strategic decision-making.            
Throughout her career, Grace has been pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. This demonstrates her commitment to professional development and deepening her expertise. With extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the sector, Grace has established herself as a capable and knowledgeable professional in residential childcare and leadership.

Currently, Grace works as a Business Support Manager, where her responsibilities include overseeing the setup of residential homes for Adefey. She ensures that all properties meet required standards for their intended purpose and takes an active role in promoting staff welfare. Additionally, Grace collaborates with the team to evaluate and maintain the company's financial stability, ensuring a balanced and sustainable approach to growth.
