Akinola has been a dedicated professional in the health and social care industry for over eight years. Beginning his career in biopharmaceutical sales and marketing, he transitioned into social care, bringing with him a unique blend of business acumen and a deep commitment to high quality care delivery.
With a professional background in business administration, entrepreneurship and project management, Akinola has broadened his expertise academically through studies in the Law and Humanities disciplines. He recently earned a postgraduate degree in International Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University and holds a Level 3 Diploma as a Lead Adult Care Worker.
Currently serving as Business Support Lead, Akinola (fondly called Akin) is passionate about identifying, recruiting, training, and mentoring talent. He takes pride in helping individuals grow in confidence and develop skills that enable the delivery of high-quality care. He is also focused on implementing sustainable business processes to ensure the efficient and effective use of company resources.
In his leisure time, Akinola enjoys meeting new people, reading, traveling, and listening to music.
