Lynsey Miller - Care Coordinator

Lynsey brings warmth, dedication, and a keen eye for coordination to her role as Care Coordinator at Adefey Care. With years of experience in health and social care, Lynsey has previously worked as both a care assistant and homecare assistant. Her journey has been driven by a deep belief in making a tangible difference in people’s lives, finding real satisfaction in the impact of compassionate care.

As a Care Coordinator, Lynsey’s focus is on ensuring that service users receive comprehensive, patient-centred support. She is passionate about promoting a culture of continuous improvement and embedding the five key CQC standards into everything she does. Her values; compassion, dignity, respect, communication, and commitment, guide her every step, whether she’s supporting frontline staff or creating care plans that truly put people first.

Based in Hull, where she’s lived all her life, Lynsey is known for her down-to-earth attitude and great sense of humour. Colleagues would describe her as caring, approachable, and fun to work with, something she proves time and again, whether she’s recognising staff efforts or helping service users smile.

When she’s not coordinating care, you’ll likely find her enjoying long walks with her two dogs or spending time with her family.
