With over 12 years of combined experience in healthcare, Gabriel Agbaosi brings dedication, empathy, and a calm sense of order to the often hectic world of care coordination. He’s known for being the go-to person when it comes to building strong connections between clients, care staff, and other healthcare professionals—making sure everyone’s on the same page and high-quality care is always the priority.

Gabriel’s journey started in Nigeria with Worldwide Healthcare, a pharmaceutical sales company, where he worked his way up to Junior Manager after earning his degree in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. His passion for growth led him to complete an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and later, a Master’s in Health Services Management from the University of Chester here in the UK.

Never one to stop learning, he’s currently wrapping up a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care—further deepening his understanding of the sector and his commitment to delivering meaningful, sustainable and quality care.

Gabriel thrives on solving problems, supporting staff, and making sure clients feel truly seen and supported. He’s a firm believer that great care starts with great communication—and definitely a well-organized rota.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find him enjoying a good board game (Monopoly or Chess), spending quality time with family and friends, or brushing up on the latest developments in social care. For Gabriel, it’s all about learning, growing, and making a real difference.
